What Does the following ultrasound Indicate?

Recent transvaginal ultrasound showed endometrial thickness of 3.2 cm with intrauterine mass measuring 1.2 cm. I am being referred for a more definitive ultrasound. Last menstrual cycle was 1 week ago. What is the most likely diagnosis related to these findings?

HI,
Thanks for the query.
I understand your concern.
The endometrial thickness is normal for the menstrual cycle stage. The intrauterine mass is likely to be a fibroid uterus.
Thanks.
